About Shipping

For drones

Option 1: Double clearance logistics. With this logistics service, you don't need to handle customs clearance and there will be no tariff issues. However, the delivery time is relatively longer, approximately 7-12 working days (Remote areas may require additional time.)

Option 2: Express. This express service has a faster delivery time, but you will need to handle customs clearance by yourself, and there may be tariffs incurred.

Our default option is Option 1. If you prefer Option 2, please let us know.

For spare parts

We send by express (Except for the United States region, this region we ship with Option 1) , you will need to handle customs clearance by yourself, and there may be tariffs incurred. If you want DDP, please let us know.

DeepSpace is not liable for non-delivery or destruction of shipments due to late collection by the customer or unclear delivery address after arrival at the destination city.

Tax Number

When choosing a shipping service such as DHL or FedEx, please provide the recipient’s Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number

When consigning to a business recipient in the European Union or Northern Ireland and Switzerland, the recipient’s Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number is required.

EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Other countries like Brazil, South Korea, Indonesia and other countries also need to provide tax number for customs clearance.

Wrong Address

Shipments will be sent to the address entered on our web page during checkout. We cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping address is entered by the customer during checkout. We can only modify a wrong address if customer contacts us before the package is marked as shipped.
We cannot change shipping addresses after the order has been shipped, as the address information you enter is used as part of the fraud checks and fraud prevention. If additional fees are required to re-ship packages due to address errors, those fees may be passed on to the customer.

Damaged Box or Incorrect Items
